Wako part of Tekumel Club sale - 40% off until Jan 19th!

I have limited supplies of Wako on hand. ex-Forlorn Hope, ex-Cavalcade miniatures.

I am selling them @ $40 per 10 - a standard "Horde" pack per my Tekumel Club range.

The Tekumel Club discount applies and currently I am running a sale...see my posts elsewhere on this forum.

The range consists of 4 or 5 armoured Wako, well partial armour, really: some swordsmen, a spearman and an archer. These are, I think, intended as "command", or at least, senior warriors.

Then there are several poses of spearmen, swordsmen w. katana and archers with that distinctive Japanese style of bow. These latter are my favourite, esp. the guys drawing back the bow in classic fashion!



There are IIRC one or possibly two other armoured poses that for some reason I failed to get a picture of.

The moulds are winging their way across the pond even as I type. I intend to offer these as the historical Wako Pirates they are meant to be, and also as proxies for Haida Pakallan Pirates, or Tsolei Islanders in my Tekumel range.

I'll keep you posted as to availability and pricing. I am intending to get them available as quickly as I can. Prices will be comparable to my other figures, sold in sets of 10 - but always ready to make up special packs for people. The prices will be in CAD and the Tekumel Club discounts will apply. 

Did I Mention...?

This Sunday will be Canada's one hundred and fifty-first birthday and to celebrate the event I am making permanent a change I tried earlier this year. Namely, that the prices on figures are now be stated in Canadian Dollars. 

By "figures" I mean the Tekumel Project range (found on my other blogs) as well as my Garden of Kama range, which can be found on the tab of the same name on this blog. 

Note that the prices have not changed - just read CAD instead of USD. 

 And the prices for David Allan Designs will still be USD. This is because I have to import them.

Otherwise customers in countries with a good exchange rate will enjoy a nice savings, and my Canadian customers will finally stop being penalized.
